Rockstar Pro Movers, Inc is a licensed and insured moving company that serves all of Los Angeles Greater Area and Los Angeles County as well as the Orange County in California. Our movers work for Rockstar Pro Movers, Inc and are not one day labor hires.

Pricing


Mon- Thurs 2 men $150 cash/$160 credit per hour 3-hour min 3 men $190 cash/$230 credit per hour 3-hour min 4 men $250 cash/$260 credit per hour 3-hour min Double Drive Time applies to distance over 10 miles between pick up and delivery location Friday-Sun and busy end of the month and the beginning of the month days 2 men $175cash/$185 credit per hour 3-hour min 3 men $215cash/$225 credit per hour 3-hour min 4 men $265 cash/$275 credit per hour 3-hour min Double Drive Time applies to distance over 10 miles between pick up and delivery location For quotes on Long Distance moves please contact our office, as each long-distance service is different depending on the City and State as well as the number of items are being moved *All prices subject to change depending on the demand of our services and availability of the trucks and crew The following is included in our All-Inclusive services: «    Guaranteed exclusive pick-up and delivery «    Free use of wardrobe boxes «    Free use of blankets and/or moving pads «    Disassembling and reassembling of your property when needed «    No extra pricing for shrink wrap and tape «    No extra charges for stairs, elevators, or long carry «    Trucks are clean and well maintained with an air ride suspension system and power lift gates. «    Basic Valuation (insurance of $0.60 per pound per article) «    We are Licensed, Insured, and Bonded.

I am completely appalled by this companies level of service. I have been waiting since 12:30pm 12/12 for a call back from their management team. I was promised a call on 12/13 regarding all the service issues i experienced from start to finish which i have yet to have gotten Issues: - called me on 12/11 (incorrect day) saying they were on their way, i had to advise them my move was 12/12. - when booking i listed all my items and was never once advised of anything regarding the weight/limit of items and was told upon arrival that it would be 2k more as there was more than i listed, which there was not. - they arrived two hours late yesterday and i had to call and wait on hold for 30 minutes to even get an update on their arrival - the mover advised that he was not aware of the list of items and didn’t expect as much as there was. - they told me then that it wouldn’t be delivered the same day which was discussed when booking - i called numerous times and at 12:30 on 12/12 Jenny said she was working on getting a driver to ensure same day delivery. I never got a call back and only got her voicemail for the rest of the day, and into 12/13 - the mover on 12/12 advised me that he heard there was a driver for 4am today but i got no confirmation from the company and had no idea where my stuff was and when it would be delivered - i called the following morning and finally got ahold of Jenny who i laid out all these issues to and told her that at this point i was unaware of where my stuff was and she said she wasn’t aware of when it would be delivered but would check and call me back. -at least four people at this company advised me they were sending an emergency / urgent message to management to ensure I’d get a call. I still have not. - i took it upon myself to call the actual mover Alex from 12/12 and asked him if he knew anything about where my stuff was or if there was an actual driver (he was helpful- though he wasn’t even on the job anymore) - Jenny called me back and gave me the wrong time of arrival and i advised her i did the work on my end reaching out to Alex and they stated their ETA was 11 am - when they arrived they wanted the 2nd half of the payment which i stated on 12/12 and in person on 12/13 that i don’t agree with it and need to speak to someone, and no one has called me back. - they would not unpack my stuff until i signed and paid regardless of the fact that they knew that management had continued to not respond to me, call me back, or discuss this issue. - i called you them again and said this is on you guys to pay the additional portion as this has been a complete cluster and there was an epic lack of professionalism, transparency and service. Jenny said she would call management and get back to me- she still hasn’t. Neither has anyone from Rockstar movers - i handed the phone to the mover and asked that Jenny tell him to honor the move while you guys figured this out on the backend. He would not. - i called at least 5 more times as no manager has gotten back to me still. I was told you guys are busy.. which is not my problem. - the kicker is i paid my deposit with credit card and was not advised that they only take cash or Zelle which is absolutely mind blowing. - i was advised at one point that i would be getting a discount and a call back from leadership- i have still not heard back. - additionally i have a lot of broken and scratched and damage to my furniture which i have included most but not all as I'm still discovering more. I believe there is a reason they only take cash payment, as they do not hold up their end of the bargain and do not want credit card companies to be able to guarantee the service for their customers. I am still awaiting a call back. Look forward to hearing from “Russell” who one of the employees said would call me urgently yesterday.

We had a great experience with Vlad and Michael at Rockstar Pro Movers yesterday. They were a few minutes early and got started right away. They were professional, packed and protected our stuff well, and even disassembled and reassembled some of our furniture for us. They moved quickly and efficiently and were pleasant to work with.

These guys rock! Vlad, Igor and Aman… super hard workers, professional and took care of our stuff. Not to mention they were quick and efficient. I recently had a fantastic experience with rockstar pro movers They handled my move with utmost professionalism and efficiency. From start to finish, the team was punctual, courteous, and very thorough in their work. What stood out the most was the transparency in their pricing—there were absolutely no hidden fees, which was a huge relief. Today I had the absolute pleasure of moving with Nick and Norman. Not only are they kind but they are extremely respectful - both of your property and items. They take extreme measures to ensure that every last piece of furniture safely arrives to it's destination. I couldn't believe how hard these guys work!!!
