U.S. Pro Logistics is a woman-operated, family-owned moving company based out of the San Fernando Valley in Southern California. We started our business with the desire to serve our community within the greater Los Angeles area and to provide the highest level of long distance relocation service to our customers. Relocating can be a difficult, time-consuming, and pain-staking process– so we wanted to make it easier and more enjoyable! We offer fast, secure, and responsible moving without the hassle and stress!

The team did an excellent job. They arrived at noon and efficiently moved three bedrooms and a living room within five hours, including the disassembly and reassembly of furniture. They were meticulous, covering the floors in the new house to prevent damage and ensuring everything was left clean. All trash was removed, and every item, down to small clothing bags, was placed exactly where instructed. Their attention to detail and professionalism were outstanding.

The booking process was straightforward, and their customer service was very professional. They answered all my questions and provided a detailed estimate. Recently got moved and used moving service US Pro Logistics. I am really satisfied how that company wokrs. Two words FAST AND EASY. Moving guys are so professional. They gently take care about all our furniture and personal staff. 5 stars service.
My experience with this moving company was awful. They did not communicate and were more than an hour late. A number of goods were damaged during the transfer by the incompetent movers. The company was unresponsive when I reached out to them to lodge a complaint. I would not trust them again because it is obvious that a large number of the glowing reviews are fraudulent. These businesses are all profiting from fraud and phony five-star evaluations. Stay away from this service at all costs.
This company was a horrible experience for me. At best, the customer assistance was incompetent, and the forwarding service was delayed. After following up several times, I got evasive answers. Moreover, it was evident that they had little interest in finding a solution. Looking over other evaluations, it appears that a large number of them are phony five-star ratings. Instead of genuinely assisting customers, the business appears to be more concerned with making money and offering subpar service. Overall, it was a poor experience—avoid this company at all costs.
