As an Interior Decorator in California, I've used Southbay for all my client full service furnishing projects so far and they have done an outstanding job each and every time! White glove receiving and delivery is an important and crucial part of my service, so I was so glad to find Southbay after speaking to multiple other companies. Maribeth has been a fantastic rep and contact for me throughout my projects; she's always communicative and making sure things are getting taken cared of for me! Also shoutout to all the warehouse team as well, they go above and beyond to make sure they are receiving and safely storing all my furniture shipments. This team is amazing and could not recommend them enough!

Unfortunately, I can't add a sixth star!!! Being in the military, I have moved a number of times. The South Bay crew this time was BY FAR the best I've seen. As for the crew, they were professional, courteous, and expertly packed our stuff. As for moving details, they added great touches, demonstrating their professionalism. For example, they taped the stairs to protect it during the move, they placed the ramps to minimize shock from moving down the stairs, and managed the space like a Tetris MASTER! Thank you Michael, Jose, Miguel and team!
I want to emphasize right off the bat—Southbay is the real deal. Their team, from the admin office to the field, treated my property with the utmost care and professionalism.

Exceptional moving experience from start to finish. My sales reps, Maribeth and Justin were professional and so helpful. They were patient while I worked through a very complicated move that involved downsizing from a family home and storage and packing and more. Because of them, I felt at ease and had far LESS stress than I would have.
Also my move went seamlessly. Juan and his guys were prompt, communicative and thorough. They are the epitome of white glove service.

After a decade and a half of military movers we can honestly say that the crew at
Southbay were hands down some of the best we’ve had worldwide.
For two days our packers, Pedro, Cessy, and Jose made quick work of wrapping and packing our belongings with care. The crew was pleasant and respectful and we couldn’t have asked for a better team!
The crew that loaded our household goods (Jose, Jose, Miguel, and Peter) brought the energy and were also great! They efficiently organized and loaded our belongings, handling our items with care, too.
Wish we had the same team unloading us at our next base, but grateful to have had Southbay sending us off from this one.
