We hired Best Fit to move us across town, and the service was fantastic. Moses and his crew were incredibly professional and careful with our stuff, paying special attention to our furniture. It was amazing to see how quickly and efficiently they emptied our third-floor apartment…my wife and I kept looking at each other like, “for real?” And yes, they were for real. After loading up our old place, they were just as swift and careful with the unload. And at the end, we paid less than we budgeted. We definitely recommend hiring three guys, it really sped up the process. Absolutely 5 out of 5. Will hire them again

Highly disappointed. Over $15,000 in damage. Movers broke and ruined thousands of dollar pieces and didn’t tell me. They kindly said they’d throw in the extra blankets for free so I wouldn’t need to remove them once in storage since it had been a long 3 day moving process for me, I tipped them about $400 each and discovered a couple months later that so many pieces were damaged. Moving is already a stressful process and then paying over $4,000 to have my items carefully moved should not have been this horrible & heartbreaking. DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY OR AT LEAST ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ITEMS AS THEY ARE BEING MOVED AND BEFORE THEY LEAVE.

Hired Best Fit Movers last minute to help us pack our pre-packed boxes into a uHaul and then into a moving trailer. They packed so quickly that we were foolishly impressed only to find out why once we unpacked. All our items and furniture literally thrown on top of each other. Lost a coffee table, bed foundation, TV stand, multiple fishing poles, lamp, and other items severely damaged. When I questioned how they would fit it all in the moving trailer one of them commented “trust your movers” I did and that was a big mistake. Was also charged for packing materials I wasn’t told about and didn’t authorize. Paid almost $1000, tipped the guys $80, was only refunded $200 for all the broken furniture which won’t even cover one piece. Very disappointed.

We moved last weekend and let me tell you - this was the best decision we’ve made!! We hired Best Fit movers to primarily move all our furniture, but we already had some boxes packed too. Within three hours they moved all our belongings! They don’t try to waste time to rack up your hours either. They were super kind, hard working and communicative. I felt like they listened to me and made sure I was set before they left. If you’re in the fence on whether to hire movers or not - let this be your sign to hire best fit movers!
