Honestly best movers I’ve ever had, and I have moved 5x in the last 5 years. The estimate of time was correct, so they were properly staffed and organized. The crew had a good attitude, even after lugging my heavy wood furniture up 2 flights of stairs. They even packed thoughtfully, like labeling the box with the wine bottle opener because they somehow knew I’d be looking for that. Truly an excellent experience and I can’t thank them enough for making this move so easy for me.
A fantastic moving experience- we've never had a more professional moving crew (and we have moved a lot!). Mike was super responsive with communication from start to finish and flexible as we had to change the date a few times. The crew texted us when the night before and showed up promptly on time with a big truck and completed the job quickly and moved all furniture with no issues. We are so happy we found your company to help us move. Thank you again!
10/10 experience! I would recommend Bay Area Moving to anyone moving!! What made the experience wonderful was the 3 guys who did the moving. They were incredibly hard working, conscientious, and kind. They had great attitudes and cared about our belongings as if it was their own stuff. We enjoyed spending the day with them. They deserve raises!!!! Don’t let them go!
The only constructive feedback I have is for the quoting process with Thiago. Even though we did a video walk thru the quote was about half of what the cost ended up being. We had more stuff than expected. He was great to work with though!
We had a fantastic move from South San Francisco to San Diego with SF Bay Area Moving! We loaded on one day and unloaded the next day, which was important for our plans. The load and unload were both on time and very quick. Everything fit into the truck (in spite of some pre-move concern that this might not be possible) with minimal disassembly (which saved a lot of time on both ends). Nothing was damaged even slightly. The cost was extremely competitive. And the moving crew, led by Jesus and Jose, were not only hard working, efficient, and careful, but also super nice.
Noviel and his team did an outstanding job. We had tried to use task rabbit the week before to convert our spare bedrooms into offices but they couldn’t fit a desk through the door
So none of the office furniture was in the correct office. Hiring this professional moving company was far better. They helped move all the office furniture in the proper location. Even though we were not sure what orientation and where things should be exactly they were flexible and willing to reposition things till we were satisfied. We created 2 entirely new home offices , restructured the floor oriental rugs in the dining room and living room, rearranged our master bedroom, restructured the basement . They were willing to move our piano up 2 flights of stairs and had packaged it safely to do so but in the end we decided the piano looked good where it was. Very professional. Took care of all the furniture without scratches and highly recommend them.
