Review Update : The franchise has mentioned below that I packed my boxes and hence they are not responsible. But not a single box was packed by me or my wife . Their team packed my entire apartment under one invoice and later denied the claim saying given there wasn’t a separate invoice and their customer experience team point blank lied packing anything . So as a learning, make sure everything they do is documented but who knows they might go and deny that tooo . Please think twice before using and booking with them . While the actual moving and packing individuals on the ground are nice and hardworking but the corporate, claims and customer experience team has been one of the worst that I have encountered.If you have anything more valuable then 100-200$ , I would say think really hard before shipping or be prepared to bear the cost in case it gets damaged in the process because they will point blank refuse to take any liability or honor the insurance at their end . My 2000$ sofa was damaged, after multiple calls, emails and getting bounced off between corporate and multiple local franchise representatives for a week , I just heard that their team manager say that they are not responsible for the damage and will not be honoring any claim for the same . My couch is not the only thing that was damaged . An entire box was ruined and they were also hits to my bikes and other things that I am still finding out . Here is a picture of my beautiful Room and Board couch that I trusted this company with It’s become complete unusable and paying for insurance was completely pointless.I have also lost count of the amount of calls I have made or mails I have sent out .

I would to start by saying that this isn’t my first time using this moving company, my first time everything went smoothly. However my recent move June 21st 2024 did not week at all. The movers destroyed my plants that were worth 100s of dollars, damaged furniture, spilled things in the hallways and lost my 200 dollar rug. I have reached out to Jace and still haven’t gotten a response nor a email like promised. Do not use this company clearly all the care about is money. EDIT: I have spoken to Jase Woolfolk and he has not been helpful at the least, I have to keep sending emails before he even responds to any. He has not said anything about my missing rug or anything else that has been damaged. I will be pursing legal action against this company because they clearly only care about getting your money and that’s it

First time using this company. The experience was fine as far as moving goes, but communication from the company was lacking. I was told the movers come prepared with tools to disassemble and reassemble furniture. These movers are very expensive and so you would assume they are efficient at what they do. They forgot a drill, so one man hand took apart my wooden bed with a screw driver, which took a while but the reassembling process took an hour. With a drill it would have taken maybe 10 minutes. Joel from the Hubbard Street location called me for comments on how the move went and I was honest, I feel like I spent more than I should have because of how long that one piece of furniture took. He offered to refund me 15 minutes back for the inconvenience. He later emailed and said his "superiors" would not be refunding me anything and that drills are not necessary for a move. Don't ask for feedback if you don't want to hear it and don't make offers you can't fulfill. Poor management and communication. Over $1,000 for a small move is crazy in my opinion, find someone more efficient, I know I will next time.

Two Men and a Truck is the best moving company! Emanuel, Clay, Juan, and George are the most amazing movers! They made a hard transition so easy, and they have a great sense of humor too! I highly recommend them!

I had a great move with 2 men in truck there were fast and careful. They were able to fit all my belongings to my storage . Vazquez was amazing , he was friendly. You can tell he value , what he do.
