Test Moving Company forge

This was my first time working with Two Men and A Truck, and it was a great experience. My move was a two-stop pick-up from Chicago and delivery in Bloomington-Normal, about 135 miles (2.5 hrs) south of Chicago. My move consisted of 6 bedroom sets (bed frame, dresser, mirror, night stand), 4 couches, 9 lamps, and 1 chair. Up front, the customer service team was responsive, understanding, and flexible. A few days prior to the move, the pickup time had to be shifted back ~2 hrs. The team adjusted immediately and without issue, and arrived promptly on the day of the move (with proactive communication in advance). The moving team - specicially the pair of “Alex and Tristan” from Chicago - did a flawless job. Everything was loaded quickly, efficiently, and without damage. The two were polite and communicated well throughout. This continued through the dropoff location. In total, the job lasted almost exactly 8 hrs. If I have a large and/or complex move in the future, I will use Two Men and A Truck. The service was fairly priced and executed well.

The moving team and the disposal team are awesome. They saved my life. The service was very efficient, professional and fast. They gave me service with a smile. Well trained at the job that they do and well brought up at home. I would recommend them to everyone moving. Shout out the them all. I loved the guys.

I had a wonderful experience from start to finish with Two Men and a Truck. Joel had an immediate and thorough response to my initial inquiry and I was booked within a couple hours. On the day of the move, Erick and Marco, arrived promptly and with great attitudes and smiles on their faces. Moving which has been stressful for me in the past was done efficiently and professionally. I am grateful for the team and company and will use them again in the future!

I want to thank Isaiah and Jake, the two incredibly compassionate and hard working men of Two Men & a Truck Chicago, who helped us with a complicated move a few weeks ago. They not only tackled the job expected, they rescued us from extra packing we hadn't anticipated—and kept reassuring us throughout the day, reminding us that "We got you!" Besides moving things into a new home, they also brought items to a pick up truck and a nearby storage unit. They did all this with steady persistence, care, kindness and respect for us, the items, and for everyone encountered at the other locations, topped off with a good sense of humor. Very reasonable rates and great communication throughout the process, too. Very highly recommend!

My daughter moved today from a studio to an apartment and we had the best movers ever, Chris & Matt were on time and ready to work. They were professional, always polite and friendly. Even we had a rainy morning they had the best attitude. Nothing was broken and they went out of their way to accommodate us in several ways. They wrap furniture and take care of everything Without mentioning the has to move everything from a 3rd floor to an other 3rd floor, THEY ROCKED‼️ I would definitely recommend this company 💯% THANK YOU TWO MAN & A TRUCK

HORRIBLE - They were lazy and would not move a couch because it had to be taken apart. They double billed me and did not refund me for the over draft fee....
