I normally don't write reviews, but I just want to share my positive experience. These guys were great. They were very careful with the furniture and my piano. They came prepared with all the necessary tools and equipment to protect the piano and floors. They took their time and were very careful in moving the piano to the new location, including up a few flights of stairs. I will use Maxi Moving again and again! Maxi Moving should be the only movers you consider if you love your piano. I can't express how appreciative we are for everything that you guys did for us!

Used Maxi for a short Brooklyn-to-Queens move. Their price was competitive. Many of my things made the trip undamaged.
However, the guys did not pack my artwork properly and now most of my frames are damaged.
They were also slow. I did the same move with Piece of Cake one year prior; POC finished hours quicker and with one fewer crew member.
Also, I had to continually remind the guys to not let my property sit unattended on the street during load-out. They did not listen. Most of my stuff was out there on the sidewalk or in the open trailer, available for the taking, for hours.
I have used Maxi Movers twice and my experience has been really great both times. My moving consultant was really helpful and responsive, answered my questions, and also accommodated my requests regarding scheduling without any fuss. The movers were very polite and professional . Even though they charge rates based on time, the movers didn't waste a single second and finished the work before time on both occasions.
Maxi Movers did an excellent job with our move. Roman and his team were professional, courteous and took great care with our belongings. Their prices are fair and these guys work hard.
The estimate process could be improved- we needed a larger truck and a lot more time but the company accommodated the next day. The great job that Roman and his team did made up for this. Thank you Roman!
