The actual movers were great! They were on time, efficient, and very communicative. They covered things and handled things well.
The only deduction here is from the customer service experience prior. I asked a lot of questions with one rep, then was called by a different one the day before the move. The two individuals described things different regarding how pricing is calculated and executed.
Packed to perfection and delivered without a hiccup, that’s how Guram and truck 20 handles their business. From excellent communication, to professional packing, to moving our property to the exact location, Guram and his crew were professional throughout our full day move! Recommend over and over again- it was my second time using SEKA!
