We needed help moving from 2 bedroom apartment to house, we tried packing as much as possible but there are just things that we cannot handle. Upon calling Up n’ Go, they asked me to list items for an estimate, I missed quite a few items on the call… it’s only when you legit move, you realize how much stuff you have. This is true, so true!! So when the day finally comes, 3 movers arrived pretty much on time, and started moving with efficiency and care, they are very fast with their hands, yet gentle on the fragile items such as TV, home offices, and other furniture pieces. Everything was wrapped and tapped very securely to avoid any scratch. They also offer packing service to help me with the stuff in kitchen that needed careful handling, like knives and my hundred mugs and glass cups. Movers called office on speaker to update estimate for the extra items we had, all numbers were transparent and mutually agreed upon. Price: Other than $50 deposit when first booking; you will be charged 50% of estimated price on the day before move. Final charge will be charged on your card when everything is loaded into truck. People are nice and easy to work with. Communication was a breeze. They definitely helped reduce my stress for this moving!! Highly recommend their service to anyone in need!

I highly recommend Up N' Go Moving. Our 'helpers' Besi, Bryant & Phillip were awesome. They treated our furniture with great care. They made our move a bit easier. The quote was affordable and Jacob & Dana (who I've dealt w/via text & telephone) were also great. A BIG thanks to everyone!!!!

Amazing team and company. From the scheduling to the delivery, all the staff members were courteous and professional. Edward, Marco and Besi did an amazing and timely job during the whole process. They properly disassembled and secured our furniture, transported them and reassembled at new address without any issues. They even asked how we would like them position and even have recommendations. I highly recommend.

I had several quotes from other movers, but Up n' Go earned our business because of their willingness to be flexible and helpful. They were the only service that offered 3 men, while others only had 2 for a higher price. I cannot tell you the difference having 3 guys do all the heavy lifting. They have a system worked out and the move was so quick and seamless, all I had to do is tell them where to put the items. Why I mentioned flexible is because I had 2 storage units, in 2 different locations in Queens that had to be emptied out, then taken out to Suffolk County and brought up a flight of stairs to our new place. Also, when I first spoke with them I really underestimated how many boxes and moving bags I had, until after I went to the units and physically counted everything out. It was alot! Most of our stuff had been in storage for a year and I guess I just forgot how much stuff we had! No problem for Lukas and his team. He just re-worked the estimate and it was still a fair price. Several people who I told how much the move cost were surprised by how reasonable it was, considering all the horror stories you hear about nefarious movers. Not Up n' Go. They are honest, hardworking, careful with our belongings and all were pleasant during the entire process. I highly recommend them, and if I ever have to move again, they will be my first call.

10/10 for me!! I used Up n’ Go Moving for the office move and storage. It wasn’t a small or easy move and they were Amazing! They gave me the best quote, they were supper flexible with all we needed from them and all the building demands, it was very very easy to communicate. The movers were fast and effective. Overall a great experience with them!! Highly recommend.
