I recently used Up N' Go Moving for my move from NYC to Philadelphia, and I couldn't be happier with their service! From start to finish, their communication was excellent, keeping me informed every step of the way. The team was incredibly professional, handling all my belongings with care and efficiency. The pricing was transparent and very reasonable for the quality of service they provided. The movers were prompt, courteous, and worked tirelessly to ensure everything was moved safely and securely. Look absolutely no further than Up n' Go if you are looking for the most affordable and caring moving company in New York City. As my first time long distance move from Long Island City to Fort Lauderdale their rates and the exceptional customer service couldn’t compare to any other on the market. The professionalism to show up perfectly on time for both pick up and delivery and their communication during the entire move are what makes them stand out!

From the beginning Jacob worked with me multiple times to get an accurate list, answered all my questions and made sure I was prepared for the day. The movers came on time very punctual! 3 person crew I believe Bryan was the lead they were amazing. Aside from the over two hour drive to the new location hey worked to help fit everything in our storage unit which took time because it was small. Great attitudes, no upsell on the day of which another company had wanted me of. Would absolutely be using them for my next move.
The absolute worse experience ever from blaming piece of cake movers for having Low rates to insulting my furniture calling it cheap to saying it’s his day off and he’s covering for someone . While being fed and given water all day to keep them cool . I had to help out after a while putting stuff together cause I didn’t want more stuff broken and I tipped them very well despite all this . Also talking about the company is making a killing and they’re not getting paid enough for the job , I moved 2 damn blocks over and regardless that isn’t an option excuse for breaking the furniture and not charging a flight of steps fee which is 40 $ and reimbursing me 100$ you cause 1200$ worth of damages avoid this company at all cost ( or maybe it was just the guys they sent out) who know but I took a huge loos with this company and I was charged for 30-40 boxes they moved none of them at all I did that on my
