This company is GREAT! I’ve spoken to Jovana many time regarding this out of state move. Everything went smooth! The same guys picked up and delivered mom and my belongings. Both movers Bryant and Felix were exceptional! They treated our stuff as if it were their own. Very respectful , careful and courteous. Especially when dealing with my 83 year young mom who suffers from dementia.
If you’re planning an out of state or in state move, call this company first! The prices are great and the staff is amazing!
Up and go was absolutely fantastic!! We loved our movers! They were so professional and fast. They were incredible accommodating and upfront about cost, which btw was very fair! We will absolutely be using them again in the future when we move to our next place and we cant wait as everything was seamless. Thank you up and go for making our move less stressful and seamless!
My daughter used this company 6 months ago to move from Connecticut to Georgia and was very pleased from beginning to end. We then decided to also use them for a bigger move from Ct. to Georgia. I cannot say enough about how professional and prompt they were handling everything. Jovana kept in touch with us all the time even with changes and additions that I made to the list of items. She was wonderful. The guys who moved us on both ends were amazing and so hard-working. Their price is extremely fair and I highly recommend them for any type of moving. I've heard so many horror stories about movers and this truly was stress free.
On January 30th 2025 , The three guys were fantastic—professional, careful with my belongings, and punctual, especially given the last-minute request. The service representative was exceptional, and the customer service team truly understood my needs, helping me every step of the way. The service is affordable and accessible to everyone. This has been one of the best experiences I've had so far. I’m so sorry I forgot their names!
Everything went perfect. They were so nice with me and my 3 yo daughter (on the middle of the way and screaming all the time). They for sure did the moving experience easier for my daughter that is autistic and hates changes. They also were respectful and efficient. Thank you so much!! If you have kids this is the right company, Filip, Edward and Besi made our moving day easy and special.
