I had several quotes from other movers, but Up n' Go earned our business because of their willingness to be flexible and helpful. They were the only service that offered 3 men, while others only had 2 for a higher price. I cannot tell you the difference having 3 guys do all the heavy lifting. They have a system worked out and the move was so quick and seamless, all I had to do is tell them where to put the items. Why I mentioned flexible is because I had 2 storage units, in 2 different locations in Queens that had to be emptied out, then taken out to Suffolk County and brought up a flight of stairs to our new place. Also, when I first spoke with them I really underestimated how many boxes and moving bags I had, until after I went to the units and physically counted everything out. It was alot! Most of our stuff had been in storage for a year and I guess I just forgot how much stuff we had! No problem for Lukas and his team. He just re-worked the estimate and it was still a fair price. Several people who I told how much the move cost were surprised by how reasonable it was, considering all the horror stories you hear about nefarious movers. Not Up n' Go. They are honest, hardworking, careful with our belongings and all were pleasant during the entire process. I highly recommend them, and if I ever have to move again, they will be my first call.

This company is GREAT! I’ve spoken to Jovana many time regarding this out of state move. Everything went smooth! The same guys picked up and delivered mom and my belongings. Both movers Bryant and Felix were exceptional! They treated our stuff as if it were their own. Very respectful , careful and courteous. Especially when dealing with my 83 year young mom who suffers from dementia. If you’re planning an out of state or in state move, call this company first! The prices are great and the staff is amazing!

10/10 for me!! I used Up n’ Go Moving for the office move and storage. It wasn’t a small or easy move and they were Amazing! They gave me the best quote, they were supper flexible with all we needed from them and all the building demands, it was very very easy to communicate. The movers were fast and effective. On a scale of 1-10, I give you guys an 11. From start to finish you have made my move from NYC to rural Virginia such an easy and low stress experience. The pricing was fair and transparent, and the quality of service exceeded what I paid. The only snafu was the driver got stuck in traffic on the Beltway, and if you know D.C. .... you know. They called me well before the delivery time and gave me the option of delivering that night or the next morning. Jovana was extremely helpful setting up my order and very responsive with my questions. There were over 20 emails back and forth due to my unique circumstances. Jacob worked with me on the dates and logistics and kept me very well informed throughout the process. And, Bryant was professional and took great care with our items. Plus, it was nice to chat Brooklyn with another New Yorker (it's been a minute). I would definitely recommend these guys.

Up and go was absolutely fantastic!! We loved our movers! They were so professional and fast. They were incredible accommodating and upfront about cost, which btw was very fair!
