Copper Palm Moving & Storage

From initially getting a quote to signing off on a completed move, I was impressed with Copper Palm’s professional and friendly service. They were up front about all charges and explained the process completely so I was left with no questions and no surprises. Jason, Drake, and Junior took great care of all of my stuff from disassembly through unloading - I even joked with them that they were treating my stuff better than I would have. These guys did in less than three hours what would have taken me and handful of friends at least a day to do. They were friendly and respectful and didn’t “waste” a minute of time while the clock was running. They were highly attentive to my needs, responsive to all requests, made recommendations, and communicated thoroughly and respectfully. I’d highly recommend Copper Palm and plan on contacting them again when it comes time for my next move. (I made a local move from a large one bedroom with oversized furniture into a storage unit)

I recently made a move across states and used Copper Palm Moving and Storage and it was a great experience. The team was really easy to communicate when they would be able to unload my items and deliver them to my home. I went to see the unloading from the containers into their trucks and they were friendly and careful with my items. They paid attention to the labels on the box that were fragile. Upon arrival to the apartment both Frank and Jason were very quick and efficient with my items. They asked where I wanted the boxes which made unpacking so much easier! They even offered to help set up the TV & unboxing the mattress and setting it up. Their attention to detail of where they put stuff and not using the dolly inside to not track in dirt really showed how they go above and beyond. 10/10 would recommend!

AWFUL!! Movers were COMPLETELY unprofessional. Long distance move from Austin to Dallas area in August. Took them 2 more hours to arrive at destination than planned. One mover smelled of alcohol upon arrival and made offensive lewd gestures to my wife. Badly damaged the TV and my wife's piano. I complained to the (at the time) operations manager, Austin, who insisted he would take care of my damage claim and an additional 10% cust sat refund. Needless to say, come to find out I wasn't getting any updates because Austin left the company. Dustin is now Operations manager, and he seems to care about getting my claim taken care of, but it still took a lot of work and follow up by me to get updates and ultimately get paid the refund claim. I shouldn't have had to do that much work.

The movers just left and we are forever grateful! They loaded our things from shipping pods to a truck and then moved them up 4 flights of stairs to our 3rd floor unit. Both Jason and Franklin were great, they were careful and even repackaged some of our items that were not packaged properly from the previous movers. Moving across the country was crazy stressful but these guys made it run smoothly and we will definitely be hiring them for our next move, hopefully a few years from now!

James and Franklin helped me and my wife move between apartments. They were very professional and worked quickly in the heat. They showed up on time and were very polite. Our belongings were wrapped with moving blankets and they disassembled and reassembled our large table. Went above and beyond.
