This company will claim to do out of state moves but will sub contract local day laborers that will not get the job done. From a Ca to Texas move costing almost $30k this company left unpack boxes, disassembled furniture and broke several items. Consumers be aware.BTW One of the day laborers smells like alcohol and they both looked homeless! If I wanted these kinda of workers I wouldn’t have paid $30k. And other reviews are fake

We used Puma to move from Mckinney to Oklahoma City. Even though it was in another state, it was within 200 miles, so it was treated like a same day local move. Daniel (Sales) was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the process and eased my mind a few times. The price was almost half what I was quoted from other companies so I was skeptical, however Puma came through with a great crew. They were fast, efficient and very pleasant to work with. Nothing was broke and everything was assembled as promised. Thank you Cilia and crew!!

I have used Puma van Lines twice for my moves including just last week! I must sat they are THE MOST ETHICAL AND PROFESSIONAL moving company I ever done business with. Not only their pricing is very fair but if there is an issue , Noah and Rebecca go beyond their way to ensure my satisfaction! I really recommend them to any body. My recent move from Austin to DFW was nothing but pleasant! Thank you Puma Van Lines!! I be your customer for life!!

I have never had a good moving experience, but this one was truly the WORST. My move cost me more than double the estimate I was given. I knew the final cost would be more than the estimate, but I never dreamed it would cost me $1,400.00 to move from a first floor two bedroom apartment to a second floor two bedroom apartment four miles away. When the movers came to my old place to load the truck, they wrapped my furniture with the moving blankets and secured the blankets with packing tape. When my furniture arrived to the new place, it was also covered with bubble wrap, which in my opinion is unnecessary for a 4 mile distance. Then I was charged almost $400.00 extra for packing materials. It took the movers over an hour to get from my old place to the new place - again, only 4 miles away - they had stopped to eat and charged me for that time. I was assured there would be three movers, and there were, but one of them sat in the truck or was on the phone 90% of the time, so there were really only two moving. This move was a terrible experience, and I do not recommend using Puma Van Lines.
