Better Deal Movers

I could NOT have asked for faster movers! My movers were Kardale, Doc, and Cam. They came in READY to work and moved me from one city to another in UNDER two hours!!! I used a different moving company in the past and they took over 8 hours for a 10 minute move. I definitely recommend! They also let me know that on my next move I could get a 5% discount since I’ll be a repeat customer. Very fast and professional service.

I don’t think I could’ve chosen a better deal, than Better Deal Movers!! 10 out of 10 recommend!! Super professional, courteous, careful, and pleasant personalities. They worked fast and never stopped for a break. I don’t know how they did it! I’m truly impressed, grateful, and blessed. Thanks again guys!! Job well done!

My friend recently did a review on this company and had her evidence of paperwork that had none of the charges that was supposedly hidden until it was time for payment, now her review is not here anymore. BUT, my friend recently had furniture delivered to my home from his home and I’m no where near the Katy area and was never charged a stair fee, travel fee and or truck fee. It was flat rate! So why when a man is present no fees are being given but when a woman is by herself all these fees magically appears and the bill has an extra $200 in fees? I wanted to use this company for my move, but absolutely not anymore if I’m going to be told one amount and then when the move is completed they slap another $200 on with hidden fees. Please add to your contract with the fees or let people know before they book with you all about the stair fee, truck fee, and travel fee. Hidden fees..??? Not cool let’s do better in 2025.

Recently had them move my 4-room, 2.5 bathroom, office, two story home to a 3-room, 2 bathroom, office one story home with a distance of an hour between the two homes. This company communicated with me well during the whole process. I received a call about 25/30 minutes out before arrival. They arrived and got right to it after the walk through. My move took 5 hours and I estimated 4 hours. The extra hour was called for because I asked them do a lot of things. They took apart my bedroom set and kitchen table and also put them back together. Took down TV mounts (they normally don’t do, but I insisted) but they do not placed the mounts on new locations. They handled my washer and dryer with care as well as my furniture and extra boxes. They did scratch the wall at the move-out location but I was credited the difference on my balance plus a TV box waive fee. The only negative I can say is that they left some wrapper trash in my driveway. I had my kid pick it up so I wasn’t affected much by it. lol other than that, no “real” complaints.
