We recently used ProSmart Moving & Storage for our big move from Vista, CA, to Eugene, OR, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! From start to finish, they were professional, organized, and incredibly kind. Moving out of state for the first time was nerve-wracking, but they made the process so smooth and stress-free.
A huge shout-out to Matt and his crew for their hard work and attention to detail—they handled everything with care and efficiency. ProSmart Moving & Storage was absolutely amazing for our recent move from Vista, CA, to Eugene, OR! Moving to a different state for the first time felt overwhelming, but they made everything so easy. The team was professional, super organized, and incredibly kind from start to finish.
A big thank you to Matt and his crew for handling our belongings with such care and making sure everything went smoothly. And a huge shout-out to Curtis for coordinating everything and giving us total peace of mind throughout the process. Plus, they provided an amazing discount, including a veteran discount for my boyfriend’s military service, which we really appreciated!

I used Pro Smart Movers for my California to Colorado move June 2023. The actual price
was thousands beyond what I was quoted. The crew leader in California told me while standing in the driveway with 1/2 my stuff in the truck it will cost $2000 more than quoted. Even tho they had a detailed description of the household items. When they arrived in Colorado- they arrived late in the afternoon with 3 helpers. Driver was anxious to leave- so once the truck was empty- he left. I was stuck supervising his 3 day laborers who definitely wanted to leave. They did leave but promised to come back the next morning. They did not- left me with boxes marked garage in the living room and their moving blankets and broken furniture that I paid them to pack. I
had to hire 3 Men and a truck to complete the move. I put in a claim with Pro Smart, but they paid a small fraction. Then they ghosted me.
Do not hire this company, you will regret it.
Matthew, issac and deshawn were absolutely amazing! they were professional, fast and made sure everything was double wrapped! And taken care of they label everything! Moving is hard enough they made this a light atmosphere it was refreshing. Hire these guys right away i mean it. I will use them again and I would recommend them to my friends and family:).
