We can’t rant enough about Kim and his crew. They are extremely professional and efficient. We were relaxed placing our move into our new home in their hands. The three men were not only efficient and thorough in securing all household items and boxes but went above and beyond. They were well organized and moved quickly. I feel embarrassed to have to write this type of review for a moving company that clearly needs employees who are patient and careful in their actions. I encountered an issue with one of their drivers from truck number 30. We were at an intersection with two lanes to turn left, and it was clear the driver didn’t notice this. I didn’t pay much attention to the truck, so I made the left turn and continued on with my day. However, when I reached the next light, the driver decided to park in front of my van and come to a complete stop. I had no idea what was happening until I realized it was the same truck from the intersection. I drove around the truck to take a photo of this driver’s reckless behavior. I then left a voicemail for the company requesting that the manager contact me about the situation. He did, and I truly appreciate that. He assured me that he would handle the matter, which I hope is true. As I mentioned to him, it’s embarrassing that employees who clearly don’t understand basic driving rules are working for this company. I have dashcam footage proving I did nothing wrong, and that the driver’s reaction was completely unwarranted. This was an embarrassing incident, and it reflects poorly on the company.

We had an exceptional experience with Will, Matt, Zechariah and Nate. The communication with Will and Aaron was easy and transparent, the estimate was easy to understand, and the pricing was reasonable. Our moving happened in the coldest morning of the year (~15 degrees). Matt, Zechariah, and Nate from Will's team showed up on time. Their work were so professional and seamless, so the moving was completed on schedule as expected, without any surprise at all. We really appreciate all their work on coldest morning of the year.
